Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will give you full control over your email box accounts and email campaigns. With this intuitive GUI, you can create a new email mailbox in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can redirect e-mail messages from one mail account to another, create mail filters, set up auto-response messages and defend your email accounts against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your electronic mail accounts against junk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited messages will find their way into your email box. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming mail messages based on certain rules specified by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and set the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Simply select the e-mailbox you want to forward email messages from, then choose the destination e-mail box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your computer or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
